This is my creation and one of the wines currently percolating in the 618 Hacienda. It's a Jasmine Apple Dessert Wine, and it's been saucin'-up for a good 3 years. It's getting to that good stage - almost thicker, like a sherry, but light in flavor. It's got "pair me with a poundcake" written all over it.
