Super yummy !

Thank you for the inspiration, and btw the asparagus bisque soup is a big hit!
I am working on variations to maybe a carrot ginger flavor.

M.13Miss13https://www.blogger.com/profile/17606794524129340113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17652046.post-90271787669726216162007-05-14T15:10:00.000-04:002007-05-14T15:10:00.000-04:00I made this and it was delicious, thanks for the re...I made this and it was delicious, thanks for the recipe. One question though. The wonton wrappers were really thin and almost brittle in the plating process. Any recommendations on how to make it go smoother? Should I have doubled the wrappers?bhivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00654432513062006180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17652046.post-45028948139404146762007-05-11T21:40:00.000-04:002007-05-11T21:40:00.000-04:00oo..a sec on the pix I thought it was dumpling wra...oo..a sec on the pix I thought it was dumpling wrap, oh, so it was ! Super easy, super quick, and virtually endless possibilities.

Chris - I'm with you - love the asparagus!

MrBuns - Thanks!

Mike - I'm using fresh asparagus, although you could probably use canned or frozen in a pinch.

HWS - You are alive! =) To answer your questions, I used raw, since I love the fresh taste. And as far as sauce, I just used a plain old tomato sauce, although you could really use any sauce I'm sure. I'm not an alfredo fan, but they would probably be good in it. Or just drop into a plain chicken/veggie broth for a light soup. Sorta like a wonton soup.Fiberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16869845035804289989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17652046.post-73918230670554929332007-05-04T16:09:00.000-04:002007-05-04T16:09:00.000-04:00:) alright... a few questions...Is the asparagus r...:) alright... a few questions...

Is the asparagus raw when you put it in the ravioli?

And any recommendations on what type of sauce to use on these?

YUM...they look GREAT!
